    I reached out to **** via social media seeking to have a full detailing of my 2016 ***** CR-V. We then after exchanged numbers and were able to set an appointment for later on the same day 2/24/25 for $250. It was after dark when he and his employee finished so I was only able to see what the vehicle looked like under light radiating from a street light. The next morning as the seats began to dry it revealed how poorly the interior detailing was done. I reached out to **** via ********* assured me hed fix ****** told him to just let me know when he could get around to fixing it. I then didnt hear back from him for 2 days, so I called to speak with him. He assured me that hed come the next morning & that Id be the first car he serviced for the day. I waited & still hadnt heard from him until after 3pm via text where I shared with him that Id just left for a prior commitment to another service I had an appointment for. I shared that Id be back home within the hour & asked would be still be able to service me. After receiving a run around from him, I asked if hed be able to compensate for the inconvenience because our schedules kept colliding & also for his lack of *************************** He then told me hours later after no initial response that hed be on vacation & return on Sunday. He has not fulfilled or addressed any of my requests, but suddenly reached out on today 4/9/25 over a month after the initial service offering to fix the spots in my seats. I responded reminding him that of which we spoke of that there were far more issues than just the seats that we had already discussed over the phone after reaching for out the second time after not hearing a response back of my complaint when I requested that he let me know when he was free. I then expressed how I was no longer interested in a service due to the lack of communication, lack of accountability, and his negligence. He gave many excuses & no accountability. Id like a FULL refund
