      his is after being trespassed, lmao. Luckily I am a good samaritan, I noticed, and pointed it out to the cops and handed it back to them. Sorry to whoever has that other *******, they'll probably ruin your car and be rude to you too.Bless up!Followup, This is the e-mail I sent them before my appointment today:Dig the stereo and subwoofer alot, but yall didn't make those... **** and ******* did. Unfortunately I am quite unhappy with the install/labor that your guy performed.Breaking my glovebox was really not cool, all my stuff spilled out and yall didnt think to mention you busted it. That install guy was very sloppy in my personal opinion.Not to mention the smoke coming out of the vents near the center console when I turn the stereo up. This has happened several times. This has never happened in my car ever before this. The dude on the phone tried to say it was vape stuff or humidity....idk man. Please check the electricity

      Customer was asked to leave our location after making several off topic comments and exhibiting extremely bizarre behavior, including talking to himself.  This made our entire staff uncomfortable and concerned for their safety. When he refused to leave, out of necessity, we asked the police to remove him from our location. We firmly believe that this individual suffers from a mental illness and for our own safety is not welcome back on the premises.  We attempted to address his issues that were not related to our service before he went on this bizarre tirade that resulted in him being banned from our property. We will not negotiate with this individual in any manner.

      I'd like to follow up this morning and request to change the nature of my dispute. I no longer want a refund or apology from Audio Express, or any repair work done by them. I don't want to see or speak to ******* ******* or **** ******* ever again. I am considering taking out a restraining order if necessary. I know **** is armed, and ******* seems capable of criminal activity. To be clear, I have never committed any crimes. I do not own a firearm. I have never been in a physical altercation. I have never been arrested. I also would never harm myself or anyone else. So if I am harmed as a result of any of this, hopefully ya'll have a good idea who might be responsible for any harm that may come to me. I have contacted **** consumer advocacy, but I need a day off and need to wait to speak to them. I might call yall today though if you feel like chatting. Hopefully you can handle my "intensity" that set off ******* at Audio Express.

       

      I am very insulted that they questioned my sanity in their response to you. I am also of the belief that this "fearing for their safety" lie was their false justification for calling the police on me. Is that illegal? I don't know, I'm not a lawyer. I hope that you can tell that I am quite sane, and maybe even a bit smart, from the nature of my communications with you thus far. I can assure you none of this was written with the assistance of AI. I love to talk and type, it's just how I am. I'm a bit of a Free Bird and have a hard time changing my personality. But I don't think that's a crime, and it certainly does not make me crazy or mentally ill in any capacity. Let me know what ya'll think about all of that.

       

      I used to work at ***** in Short Pump. Now I sell vintage clothes and cool retro stuff for a living near ***. I'm a nice guy, I promise. Yes I talk fast, and I am capable of raising my voice, but I was just advocating for myself to these people. Remember, I sent an e-mail beforehand and was hoping I wouldn't have to say a word, and that they'd just fix all the issues they caused.

       

      If you are willing, I would be happy to meet ya'll and have you check out my car. I tried to leave things as they were, and I don't plan to get it fixed anytime soon. I'll just look at the destruction they wrought.
