    12/4 I was charged for labor for a repair and the work was incomplete and not done right. The engine flush done to my car was not completed. There was residue left in the coolant reserve tank. The mechanic did not replace the front crankshaft which was the main problem, not the alternator. He did not diagnose the car properly. He offered to help but it became about money verses helping me with my car. He never contacted me about what was found in a diagnosis as one was not done. When I reached out to him to see what the problem was, he never once advised he did a diagnosis and what the finding were, he just started buying parts and putting parts on at the recommendation of Mr. ******** He did not once call me and give me a estimate of repairs. He just continued to do this thing and when I contacted him on 12/10, he offered me drugs and stated I was getting on his nerves and needed something to take the edge off. I declined on his offer as I do not partake in that lifestyle of drug use or any other recreational or mood altering drugs. I do not drink or partake in that type of lifestyle. He has some personal issues and projected his personal life with women into my car transaction regardless of it being business. I do not know him and could care less about his personal life and the women of his past. His dealings with his flings are not of my concern. However, his level of professionalism, how he handled the matter and his lack of integrity was very concerning for me. He hung up on the attorney I reached out to and was disrespectful towards her. He did not provide me with receipts for purchase and failed to do so after multiple attempts of asking about the receipts. He maintained a condescending and chauvinistic, controlling mindset as if I was one of the women he sleeps with versus being mindful that I am a client and client only. He replaced things on my car that did not need to be replaced. The valve cover gasket , throttle body, alternator were fine.
