    Army Strong Movers damaged my dining room table in an April 2023 move. They took the dining room table top to get repaired. They strung me along for a year promising me they will take care of it. Army Strong gave the top to a repair guy, he did the work but now they wont pay for the repair so I can get the table top back. After a year, they stopped taking my calls, texts and emails. My dining room looks ridiculous with only chairs and table legs with no top. I want my dining room table top back.

    Its next week and Army Strong Movers has not followed through with their promise to take care of it. They still wont respond to me.

    After trying to work with Army Strong Movers in the last year to have our damaged dresser drawer returned from a move back in December 2021, they have done nothing but promise us it was either taking longer to repair than they anticipated (up until a month ago) or that they would be delivering it shortly (three times in the last moth). They now no longer even answer our calls (unless we find some new number to call from, which only results in more unfulfilled assurances) and do not answer the emails addressed to their claims department. I have uploaded the moving form showing they took the drawer as well as a text from as recently as yesterday from their number saying they would deliver it several hours ago. It hasn't been delivered and they do not answer or return our calls. All we want is the drawer back as right now we have a dresser with no drawer and cannot even get it fixed. We would think they could have gotten it fixed in over 18 months, but in the end if they aren't going to do it then just want the drawer back as we cannot randomly get another made.
