    I signed up for services through Care Oncology at the beginning of December as a supplement to the traditional care and treatment I am receiving for my cancer. I paid $2500 and cannot even get someone on the phone or so much as a call back. I have left many messages and still nothing.

    On 9/7/24 I paid Care Oncology $2495 to be treated at their facility. I received a letter in mid November that there were delays in their care and they were working on the issues. I then received an email from Dr. **** ***** on 12/10/24 saying he was no longer at the clinic and they were no longer treating clients. I have emailed Care Oncology twice with no response. There is no phone number to call.I did go for blood work in October but that is the only services I have used so I am looking for a refund which I asked about in my last email. I feel this is the only way to get an answer is to report them to the BBB.

    I have attached the letter I just received regarding options.  The letter lists the states that this person operates in and ** is not one of them.  To be honest I wouldn't use this as an option.  I have spent valuable time and money for a service I never received.

     

    A message was sent to me from COC asking me if I disputed the charge through my credit card company.  I did that today however, most credit card companies require you to dispute a charge within 60 days of the transaction.  Mine is over that but I'm giving it a shot.  They are not charging me interest on the charge and reviewing the case.

     

    Why should the credit card company take the hit for this?  This really isn't right is it?

    My mother became a patient with Care Oncology to treat her cancer through a metabolic disease lens. She was also participating in conventional therapies with Care Oncology supplementing her treatment. My mom died unexpectedly during her treatment and was not able to finish the program ( she did one bloodwork and one consultation with the oncologist). I contacted Care Oncology to see if my dad would be able to receive a partial refund due to her not being able to finish the program. I kept emailing the various email addresses that Care Oncology has in hopes that a person would be able to resolve my issues. I kept getting the run around and kept being told that someone would contact me ( they never did despite my many emails). It is impossible to reach an actual person. I would like a resolution to this complaint.

    To the Better Business Bureau Re: Care Oncology Clinic Fr: ******************************* To whom it may concern: I was searching for a cancer clinic which did metabolic therapy for cancer. I found Care Oncology Clinic online and reached out to them about their services for cancer patients. A patient coordinator by the name of *********************** called me and explained to me their services. the cost and the duration of my enrollment options, and the doctor who would be working with me was *********************** whom I never saw or had an appointment with I enrolled in the *** on February 2, 2024. And, I paid them $2, ****** by credit card. I never even spoke with a nurse. They never reviewed my labs or medical information to my knowledge. I kept emailing about my initial appointment they never had one available and then they stopped emailing me. No appointments ever took place with *** personnel. When I kept asking ************************* about an appointment she kept telling me it would be coming in March. The appointments never came. Finally in an email from her she informed me that no appointments were available and that I could resign from the clinic and get my money back. I needed to sign a termination letter which I told her to send me. I never canceled appointments because I never received an appointment with the nurse (*****) or with the oncologist doctor they have on the web site ***********************.Yes, I signed and returned a patient termination letter. I still have my copy. I received an email from ************************* in records told me they received my termination letter and now the records department had it and would process my refund. That was over a month ago. And, now when I email them no one answers me. And the address on the website is an abandoned office building on ********************* in ***********. I would like your assistance in helping to locate these people and get my money back and hold them liable for fraud. Thank you,******************************* ************

    Hello I want to inform your company that this complaint has not been resolved by Care Oncology Clinic. They have not refunded me my money. They have only sent an email stating that they are working on it but will not respond back to me when I email them with options on how to refund me.
