    Bought 3 four wheelers for my kids and have had nothing but issues with all 3 of them. Took them in for service the first time for the chain to be adjusted on one and oil change on the other. I was told the one that needed the chain adjusted was totaled and has been wrecked. I monitored my kids while in operation and they only ride in open fields. I picked it up which no service done to it. Six months later I brought the same 2 in for service because the other one had a remote box that was taped under the seat that had fallen on the manifold and caught on fire. Again dropped the other for chain adjustment and they were both fixed without question. ??????? But was totaled the last time????? At this point I bought another one to have a spare if one was broke down so they werent all in the shop at once. That was stupid. Now I have 3 that I paid $500 each for extended warranty and had them in for chain adjustment and Im told no moving parts are covered under warranty. Ill never buy anything from Honda house again. Im a manager of a multimillion dollar company. I deal with hundreds of customers daily. Ill be sure to pass the word out of how badly I was treated and disrespected. Not only myself but to buy these for my kids and to see them get super upset because they cant ride or to have to push them back to the house when they are 300 yards across the field. Ill be sure to also share this on every social media platform I can. Thanks for nothing. I may be getting an attorney involved.

    As discussed in 2023, routine maintenance, including chain adjustments, is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. While we have extended complimentary chain adjustments in the past as a gesture of goodwill, these adjustments are not covered under the factory or extended warranty.
