      They claimed that I had bed bugs last month. I do not have them. They did not take a photo, and prove to me that I did have them. They did not have my permission to enter my apartment on Sept. 23 to spray it. The dumb landlord was asked politely to cancel, since I cannot stand the smell, but she refused to do so. It was there fault that I had to put everything back that I had left it, when I got home that afternoon. Their dogs are a waste of time.

      When I signed with this company I was informed that I would get a full refund back if I was not satisfied with their service. As of today I have contacted them and requested my refund because I am not satisfied with their service. They have not contacted me and told me when I would receive my refund. They sprayed my house a couple of times and I still had pest. I had a problem with their payment service and they asked me to pay the service person when they came to my house so I did. I still received a statement in the mail. I understand the cross over but I am not going to buy checks to only write one to them. Please help me get my refund back.

      This correspondence is Dodson Pest Controls response to the BBB Complaint # and Dodson Pest Control customer reference above. ********************* ************ ** Sales Inspector ************************* responded to a call from the Windmans on 7/26/2022 for a free pest control inspection on the property in question. ****************** and the Windmans agreed to an Every Other Month, General Pest Control agreement during his visit to the property on July 28th, 2022. Our Sales Inspectors have three forms of payment that they can except from new and existing customers while in the field and those are, cash, check, or credit card transactions. The Windmans supplied us with a credit card for this first, Initial Treatment, and the only other two services that Dodson has performed on the property. Those other two services were on 8/18/22, paid by credit card on 9/19/22 and the third service performed on 10/20/22 paid by credit card on 10/26/22. ***************** began calling the office on numerous occasions over the four-month period of their agreement in an argumentative state, upset with Dodson for not having an online payment option even though, from the first, *************** she had paid by credit card, consistent with the payment terms that Dodson offers. ****************** was stating that she was dissatisfied with Dodsons service on the basis that we didnt except online payments and wanted to be refunded in full ($267.00) for that reason. She also complained that she didnt want to receive statements and or bills from Dodson even if they reflected a zero (0)balance because bills frustrated her. This was another reason for her dissatisfaction which she wanted to be refunded in full for. Dodson had no intention for a refund on this basis.

      During the period of this agreement, beginning on 7/26/2022 until the BBB Complaint was brought to Dodsons attention this week no formal complaint or customer dissatisfaction has been forwarded or communicated to Dodson Pest Control of ************, **  regarding the quality of the pest control service until the BBB Complaint.

      With the information supplied, Dodson disputes the Windmans position with no consideration of refund.

      I was told that if for any reason I was not happy with their service I would be refunded.  ************ needs to not lie to the customers only to get business.  Sorry this has happened but going forward I will make sure everyone knows how I have been treated.  Word of mouth is ******************.  I am very disappointed in this company.

      Upon purchasing a fixer upper in ******* **. I contacted a pest control company. The service technician that came out wanted to look in the attic for any pest activity. Then he told me I needs installation, I looks at my poor duplex under construction in some rooms and told him it would hav to wait. Plus I could not afford it at this time. But thank you. ****** later he called presented his visit as a retinue pest control spraying as he did every month even when I was out of state. The next thing I know the next day I get a call from Dodson pest control telling me I owe then $2200.00 I said WHAT I just received a refund check from you. The lady said hold on then came back and said it was for blowing installation. Upstairs I was livid. I rant to the unit and there was installation all over my newly restrained wooden floors! The air vents were latterly hanging out of the ceilings for repair the cover for the attic was removed and fans were blowing all the installation particles all over my floors are in need of repair in areas that installation was stuck to them. And we were cleaning for a month it was crazy why would a company even blow installation in a unsafe unsecured area? I never gave authorization verbally or in writing for this service that was not needed not wanted and done incorrectly, there are even areas of the attic that hav no installation like the entire entry way the only area with no vent hanging from the ceiling at that time. I will not pay them for this and I want, need information to have them pay for the repair of my wooden floors from ****. Please. Thank you *****************

      We have a signed agreement dated 3-3-2022 and my district manager tried contacting ************ several times and reached her when she was out of town (maybe *********). She told my manager she would be back in Norfolk in a couple of weeks, so the job was scheduled for May 24th. She asked that we call her the day before, which we did. When the crew arrived,only contractors were present. We accessed the attic and started installing additional insulation on top of what was already there. The bathroom was gutted with the ceiling down and a vent hanging so we asked the contractor when they completed the ceiling drywall to cover it with insulation and he said he would.Please note the contractor had tools and supplies on the floor.
      When we called to collect, she claimed she did not know we were coming even though my manager told her twice. She sent a picture of insulation pieces that were on her deck, which we could not clean up due to it raining that day and a pile of insulation on the floor, which the contractors must have done.
      My inspector tried to meet ************ and she never responded.
      I am sure we met our obligation on what was signed for, and we did nothing to damage the floors that were already covered with tools and such.
      We take our work very seriously and if we were negligent in any way, I would be the first to make it right, but in this case, we performed the work that was agreed upon and we should be paid accordingly
