      In February 2023, we had a terrible experience. The lack of customer care by ********************** was simply unacceptable. The crew dropped my dryer off the truck lift and Heroes has refused to replace it. I was told it was not a big deal. The company is planning to pay for the repair but the dryer will never be the same even with a repair. During a prior move with them, my cabinet leg broke. Even after they repaired it, it wasn't the same and eventually broke for good. So, repairs are not always the best solution and certainly don't signal exceptional customer service. They also were not able to remove a desk from the second floor but it only took 15 minutes for my husband to move it. The moving crew actually moved the same desk up to the second floor two year prior. We had to rent another truck to move the desk to the new house. I would encourage you to please do your research and think twice before you call Heroes Moving and Storage because their level of customer care is minimal. This was our third move with them but we definitely wish we had made a different choice.
