      I have a leak I called my home warranty company First American who assigned the ticket to Richmond hearing and air after 4 days I hadnt heard from them I called and the lady was rude she basically didnt want to help me , she said they were backed up and encouraged me to get another company . Im not sure if its because she was racisit or what but I called my warranty company back who advised me to call them back . I called First American the same lady was rude again and basically said she canceled the ticket because it sounds like I needed someone today ( I never said that ) but I have a leak and children here . Soon as the lady heard my name ( Shanasia) she was rude

      This individual placed an urgent claim to have her a/c in the attic (leaking water) serviced with her home warranty First American. She paid her warranty **mpany a deductible to assist her with claims.

      The warranty **mpany reached out to us to offer us the claim however, we denied the claim because we do not any availability nor do we service ATTIC air handler systems for liability purposes. The ***** American Home warranty subsequently canceled her claim with us and reassigned her to a new vendor.

      We advised customer to call her warranty **mpany back since she paid THEM not us and have them reassign the claim. (SEE NOTES BELOW)

      The customer did not pay us nor do we have any obligation/**ntract to service her. 

      Additionally, not sure what she alluding to with the racist **mment---but each time she she has called our **mpany she has spoken with the office manager who is a BLACK/BiRacial FEMALE. Which leads us to believe that perhaps she is the racist and making really bad assumptions based on the way a person speaks.

      Please close this unwarranted, baseless case and remove from our file.
