    Back in 2005, my *********** were extreme** young and new** wed. We were duped into signing a contract we thought was just for a gift of a weekend stay for going and listening to a 3 hour meeting about their timeshares. Just like these other people are stating, we were being garnished for a timeshare we NEVER used. To top it off, the amount they are saying we owed has been paying almost DOUBLE and they are still able to garnish our paycheck?! I don't understand how they are able to do this! We have a daughter with major heart issues and just her meds alone is a month** weight. To add to this, and this company, who doesn't even have a legitimate website can garnish our wages! Has anyone fought this?!There is one ** one lady answering their phones, and she will not answer any of your questions, and will curse you out. She has even cursed me out because they garnished our daughter's account (who was a MINOR). This has been pure h*** DO NOT GO TO THIS FAKE COMPANY!

    The worst my husband and I went to ***************. I believe around year 2000 they promise so much and receive nothing, I fax a letter to cancel the contract and mail a certified letter to cancel as they had stated for me to do with my husband signature. Thought everything was great until 2022 when we went on vacation to fine our accounts had been garnish over years hadnt hear nothing from them the worst. We went to ************ to fine a winery no timeshare , no place to take the kids nor no park area nothing, how do you come out of this nightmare.

    I find it strange that they can garnish bank accounts, multiple times with different amounts to collect on and not even provide a copy of the legal garnishment. Even when responding to a complaint the county they refer that the notice was served has asterisks. I sent a creditor inquiry letter to the address on file and it was returned stating there is no business by Land ********** Land'or on *****************. If they really want to collect an allege debt, you think they would be willing to share the actual garnishment notice. If anyone else is having similar issues with them, I would love to file a class action lawsuit.
