    The family menu is no longer what it used to be. ********** used to serve family-style meals with large platters and an endless supply of food, which is exactly what we experienced in June 2023. That positive experience encouraged me to book my son's graduation dinner for December 18, 2024.While our server ****** was AMAZING and constantly apologizing for the limited portions, I was beyond disappointed with the changes. I had 14 guests, and I had to repeatedly ask for more food and faster service. Despite this being a "family menu" priced at $50 per person, the quantities were ridiculously small. To make matters worse, I had to order extra food at an additional cost. For instance, the salmon meal came with just two small pieces on a plate, whereas in 2023, we were served full platters.The service was also incredibly slow, which I suspect was due to arguments in the kitchen over denying extras. Frankly, if I had ordered individual meals for each guest, the experience would have been far better. The whole evening was stressful, and I felt ripped off. I spent over $815.65 on this event and left completely **************'s sad to part ways with a place I once loved, but it has become cheap and greedy. ********** has drastically reduced portions on the family menu while still charging full price. I'm requesting a full refund for this disappointing experience.
