    I would like for someone to double check to find my mail. I have not received mail in 3 weeks. I was informed that someone sent me mail on December 30, 2022. When I entered the store today to see if my mail was behind the counter I was met with resistance. I have had several issues with the staff in the past, the first is that I could not access my mail boxes for weeks after I paid for the services, it took them even longer to change and update the lock, my name was incorrectly entered into the system and that it months to fix and resolve. The washers inside of the mailbox sticks so it is hard to open my box and now today after not receiving mail for 3 ************************* informed me that they were infallible. I requested that he and or his colleagues look for my mail seeing as the sender left off my box number and since I have had several problems with this store in the past. I would like this issue to be escalated with the business owner directly.
