    We carefully researched several solar energy companies but we found Virginia Energy Solutions to be heads and shoulders above the others. From our first meeting with their representative Taylor ***** through the installation and the final check through, they were totally professional. We had originally thought that the panels would need to be installed on a ground mount system. However, after they used Goggle Earth to view our property they suggested a roof mount system on one of our outbuildings. This extra effort on their part saved us thousands of dollars. They answered our many questions and helped us through the whole process. With their aid and guidance, it was a very straight forward process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add solar energy to their homes.

    I had a very pleasant experience with Virginia Energy Solutions. A friend recommended me to ******, who promptly returned my inquiry and gave me multiple options for what the solar arrays might look like. I was already pretty sure I was going to get solar, but was definitely intimidated by the process. But ****** and the team at *** made things simple and quick. We've had the panels turned on for a week now and, so far, everything is working great. The customer service people are all very responsive and quickly answered questions I had about the timeline.

    Very straightforward and well done.I personally would love it if the emails and communications were more centralized with a visible progress pipeline, but my experience was excellent nonetheless.

    The installers were professional, very neat and tidy and cleaned everything they worked on. Everyone, from sales to install, have been upfront and easy to work with. So far we are very pleased.

    They delivered ahead of schedule and were professional. Because of the organization between them and the installation company, communication between the 2 companies and us as the customer was an issue. Overall, I am pleased with the result.

    We recently purchased solar panels from Virginia Energy Solutions, and we're pleased with our decision. Being a local company made us feel more confident in our choice, even though they werent the cheapest option.Our experience with **** was exceptional. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and even came out multiple times to review the product with us. His dedication to ensuring we were comfortable and informed throughout the process was a major plus.However, we did encounter an issue during the installation phase. Despite the installer coming out to measure before finalizing the plan, on the day of installation, it was discovered that the panels wouldn't fit as initially planned. This led to a last-minute adjustment, requiring the panels to be re-positioned.Unfortunately, this change caused a significant decrease in the estimated production, which was disappointing.While there was a hiccup with the installation, the overall experience with Virginia Energy Solutions was positive. We would recommend them, particularly for those who are looking for a local company with their own employees as opposed to a lot of these groups that are sub contracting everything and everyone out.

    We considered going solar for several years but never took the steps to initiate until we met with ******. He took the time to explain the benefits of solar energy and how our family could benefit. No high pressure sales tactics; just facts and honesty. **** and team installed our panels in one day without any mess or interruptions to our normal day. **** and ****** have patiently answered our questions; always making sure we were in the know of next steps. Now that our panels are installed we are waiting for final inspections so we can flip the switch. Looking forward to saving on our electric bill! The entire process has been seamless. We highly recommend working with this company.

    I have been happy with the customer service and installation process with Virginia Energy Solutions. It is not quick but the process is explained very well and the the follow up has been great so far. I hope this process continues to keep to what we have experienced so far. The installers we had were awesome and did a great job.
