      We bought a luxury shower spa,inthe first 6 months they were fantastic about 2 missing parts. Now ow shower floor is cracking due to faulty material, we want to work with them, but all our phone calls are being sent to,either the number has been disconnected, or we are very busy an can't take your call.3 of our friends have bought these showers on our recommendations, now I won't do that again 2 weeks an no response. What kind of business does this

      This customer purchased their ****************** shower through a 3rd party vendor called *** ******** ****** who is no longer in business. We have not spoken directly to this customer or have any emails or notifications from them. We will be happy to assist them with replacement parts but they are submitting their complaint about the wrong company and we would like this resolved. Please have the customer contact us at admin@******************** or ************ and we will assist them accordingly.

      This business has since resolved our problems, hopefully it was just as they stated a miscommunication problem ,because till this point the company had been very easy to deal with.As I previously said 3 of our friends have bought showers an absolutely love them, .I would like to thank whomever sent the parts,they arrived almost immediately. Hopefully these issues will never happen again, THANK

      Absolutely terrible customer service. Literally sold me 350$ worth of parts and never shipped...ignored me for months

      We apologize for the delayed response. A portion of the parts order has been discontinued. We have shipped the remaining parts and provided a refund for the discontinued part.
