    Horrible experience- ruined my dress- did not want to take off money for the poor alteration they did. Wanted to keep my dress if I didnt pay ******* not use!

    **** was the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ran across in a long time. If I could do a negative rating I would. I should have followed me instincts when I saw how junky the place was considering being in a mall. The place is indicative of how unorganized and messy she is. She is very argumentative and though she says she wants to ensure you are pleased thats inaccurate when you find flaws in her work(understandable that can happen) she gets defensive and argumentative. She even went as far as to say one leg is shorter than the other (inaccurate and inappropriate comment) just make the pant legs even, please and thank but that wasnt that simple for her. She loud talked me; wouldnt allow me to say anything and even continued being argumentative in front of another customer. This was the WORST experience ever. Basically dont inspect her work just say everything is fine even when its not. She did a rush job instead of saying she was in over her head and couldnt meet a 1 week turnaround instead because of greed she took the job. Had her husband call for an extension on the pick up, no problem. Came for pick up, one item was accurate while the other 2 were not, no problem right uhm! She stated she hemmed the pants where we stated; problem: 2 of the pairs were hemmed in the proper place while the other one because one leg is shorter (I guess for that pair only go figure) wasnt. And of the 1 pair that the length was correct 1 of the legs the hem was high near the right, basically the hem wasnt hemmed evenly all around (her issue not minds just wanted it corrected) she proceeded to say it was only by a little bit(well that little bit was noticeable to the eye - I saw it). She got more offend by me seeing the details of how off her work was as opposed to just fixing it especially since its whatever you want, you dont like I fix. She was so exhausting I literally had to keep listen to her run her mouth and I had to tune her out while in much agony.
