    I am currently enrolled in online classes. The school that I attend uses Proctor 360 for testing. This company always has issues when it comes to testing. Their systems work some of the times. I was scheduled to take two exams. I paid for both exams, one in the morning and 1 in the evening, for the same day. On the day that I was scheduled to take the morning exam, they had me wait two hours and then told me the system was down and that I needed to schedule for another day. Apparently, they must have gotten things working later that day, but I was never notified of this. I was able to reschedule the morning session, but they took my money for the evening session and claimed I didn't show up that evening to take the exam. Was I informed that the system was working that evening? No! I want my money back, this company is run by crooks, stealing students' money with faulty running system that never seem to work. I want my money NOW!!!!!!

    Dear Richmond BBB,
    We did receive the letter from you on a customer named ************************* and as requested a refund of $15 issued. The issue was mainly due to a technical problem caused by a cloud server and that caused some interruption. The customer was informed about the problem as well.

    Please find enclosed a confirmation on refund and kindly update your records showing that the issue has been resolved
