    No water fountain (literally ripped out of the wall). No manager on duty to issue refund for a non-jumper.

    There is not enough staff to enforce the rules. There is no age limit but only an age requirement for the rock wall. I took my ********************************************************************* triple tricks there were several children who were doing so. However most were very mindful and respectful of me and my grandson. Until a group of p****** cheerleaders came and started doing runs. Two times they intentionally rammed into me while I stood between possible danger for my grandson and other jumpers. Once saying Thanks for getting out of my way. In the rudest manner. Another mother spoke to them which the girls ran to get their mothers who were not there and I was accused of saying something to them.she also said I was wrong that the cheer leaders had every right to do their flips on the long trampoline. I left the scene and reported this to management. Either surge needs a separate place for little ones or they need more staff to enforce the rules. I will never go to one of these places again until it is adequately staffed. EXTREMELY unsafe!!!
