      I walked through the door knowing exactly what I wanted. I needed a camper shell with crossbars to which could attach my kayak racks. I even had the attendant describe the bars to me to to make sure my ******************* would fit them. I was quoted a very high price, but I agreed. After 2.5 months, the shell arrived without the cross bars. I was told I did not order the bars, only the tracks. Why would I do this? I said from the start that I needed the bars. I did not get what I ordered. I want what I ordered for the price I was quoted.

      I took my work van to the *************** location in 2021 and I went to have a trailer hitch installed because you guys specialize in these things and are supposed to be professionals. Last week I was carrying my ***** machine in the trailer and the hitch came off because the nuts holding it were lose and came off while I was goin 40MPH. The reason I know the nuts came out is because I immediately got under it and saw that the nuts were missing. On top of everything the trailer ended up under my van and the ***** machine went through my rear cargo door window and broke it and now I have to replace that door and had to lose another $700 to have the door replaced, plus another $400 to replace the hitch. I went back to the store where the hitch was installed to let them know what had happened and to ask for a solution from them and they said that it was my fault because I overloaded the trailer and it was above the hitch's capacity to carry however the hitch weight limit is 10k pounds and the ***** machine is only around **** pounds and there was nothing else on it. I could have been killed because I had to hard brake and an 18-******* almost hit me or I could have hit a smaller car and killed someone. In other words it could have been much worse and I'm a reasonable person and understand that these things happen and we all make mistakes but when you make a mistake you own it and make it right but instead I got treated by the representative at your store like it was my fault and he wouldn't listen to what I was telling him but instead he started to make excuses and blame me for the poor job that they did. Had they tighten the bolts and nuts like they were supposed to from the beginning this wouldn't have happened and I wouldn't be $1100 out of my money. Thank God it didn't go further but someone needs to be held accountable for these mistakes and make sure it doesn't happen again because if it happened to me it can happen to someone else and it could be much worse
