    The system was installed on 7/15/23, we agreed to pay $9900 for it in total, splitting that into monthly payments. We were sold on the system with salt but upon installation, they told us we couldnt do the salt tank and had to use a modified version for whatever reason. Within FIVE DAYS of having the system, it stopped working entirely. The tech who came out to see how the system was running, had no clue what he was doing. He couldn't give us answers or explain why it stopped working. The water failed their water test! We demanded that someone higher up contact us because we had been given different information from everyone we talked to at that point. They sent out another team to reassess who told us that we essentially need to turn our home into a construction zone to make the system work, specifically drilling holes into our walls and ceiling. We refused and demanded that the system be removed. They had the audacity to tell us that its $1500 to uninstall their system THAT DIDNT WORK. We obviously fought that. So they uninstalled the system on 8/9/23 but left the faucet in the sink (because they had to drill a hole in ours for it in the first place). Today, 8/16/23, we discovered that THEIR faucet line was installed improperly and was leaking underneath our sink for god knows how long! It has SOAKED the wood under our sink and started leaking outside! These people are WILDLY negligent and selling faulty products. Buyer beware!

    I was contacted about a free home water test that I signed up for while at *********** The gentleman came and tested our water. He claimed that its the worst hes seen. I wasnt sure if I wanted to even get the system but felt quite pressured by all the your water is full of bleach and other harmful substances that affects you and your kids skin issues and overall health. We ultimately signed up but didnt know the catch was for an $11k system. I honestly dont see a difference in my water, for some reason after they installed it I get these brown rings in the bottom of my toilets. I clean it almost daily because it looks like rust. My water from one of my sinks now smells like sewer. Im not happy about this. I went from a weekly cleaning to a daily toilet cleaning because of rust build ** in my toilets now that I didnt have prior to getting this outrageously expensive system. Im completely unhappy about it and the high monthly payment for rust and no real difference if I could leave 0 stars I would.
