    I am writing to compliment/commend, one of your technicians, Shannon. I had him to do a regular maintenance on my heat pump and he immediately found a problem, which could be serious if let go. Shannon, obviously, knows what he is doing in heat pump work.
    He has been very prompt and professional, in every way and leaves a very clean workspace. I have been extremely pleased with his work performance, the two times he has been at my house, and will surely ask for him in the future.
    Little River Heating and Air is extremely fortunate to have Shannon, such a valuable employee.
