    Kept my car for over 3 weeks. Didn't have decency to call and let me know. Mr. Altizer cursed me when I reached him on the phone by calling me a "*****" and he hung up on me. This was after he refused to answer the phone for weeks. I have been stranded without a car. I have never done business with someone who behaves this way. He also said his mechanics quit/walked off. He said he couldn't sit around and wait. I'm struggling with severe health problems and need my car.
