    The Rebath experience was worth the value to us because (among our other daily obligations) we have a toddler at home, and that means pausing life to allow for a much needed bathroom upgrade is very difficult and inconvenient. While we could have opted to hire one of our trusted contractors to complete this project at a much lower price, we didn’t want to deal with the typical contractor experience during this stage in our lives. However, we believe that is exactly what we received. The promise of a seamless two-day turnaround was the single most important factor that gave Rebath the advantage or “edge” over hiring a contractor, and that’s precisely what we were sold on by our sales rep.
    The morning our installer arrived, we were told it actually was going to take longer than two days. If it were possible at that point, we would have requested to cancel the job and receive a refund on our deposit. It took much longer than two days for the job to even be completed on the first attempt, after which there were multiple issues that still needed to be addressed.
    After pleading our case for a refund that would bring the final cost of our project down within range of even a higher end local contractor, the final resolution involved Rebath issuing us only a $500 credit.
    My wife and I were continually disappointed in Rebath on a number of issues. The communication with the local office management and their handling of our issues were very poor. We believe they didn’t handle our situation properly or professionally, and that they didn’t care because we were legally obligated to pay them the remaining balance at that point.
    Given our experience with Rebath, we would not recommend them to anyone. We hope that whoever reads this survey would take this feedback into serious consideration and make necessary changes to their business practices, contracts, etc. We still believe that Rebath has an ethical responsibility to refund us more money, but they won’t.

    We had Rebath put a new Shower in last year now 2/14/2023 and we had leaks at sliding door after they put it in, they came back & fixed that, but now it has been leaking behind where the faucets are the wall down on our floor , and has messed up our floor and wall!! On 11/11/24 So the guy came & fixed the shower faucet leak but they want to charge us for fixing our wall and floor and that is not right!! Said we should have caught the problem in time, we can't see behind a wall , they're talking Stupid!! Re Bath is worst company to do business for you, we will not recommend them to anyone, now we have to fix the problem ourselves! We Hate ReBath!!!

    Aside from the six-month lead time and the value-to-dollar ratio, our main problem with Re-Bath was their failure after installation to return any phone calls. The new shower looks great from a little bit of distance. The installer was friendly, polite, considerate, and conscientious. The installation went mostly smoothly, over three days. Up close, however, there is a very visible chip in the side seam of the corner seat, and excess caulk in every place there is caulk. The shower handle doesn't fit very well, and feels, well, cheap.
    The installer was in a hurry to get out and to get our final payment, which, thankfully, was on a credit card. We didn't have a chance to really check the whole thing out until after he was gone, and then put in a call to Patrick about the chip and for information about warranties and care instructions. I left a couple of messages, and texted him photos of the chip but no response.
    I would not recommend.

    So glad I chose ReBath to install my Mom’s walk-in shower. She’s very happy with it. They were on schedule, professional, friendly, nice clean up. Quality work and product!!
