    I had taken my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get the back glass repaired. Apart from the back glass my phone was in the same condition as the day I bought it.
    After I bring it to this business they repair the back glass and hand it to me but I realize a few things are no longer working on my phone including, but not limited to- Flash, Microphone, Power button, and physical scratches on my camera and camera lens. I make the technician aware of these issues and he instructs me to return the next day.
    The next day, he informs me I will have to wait 2 weeks for parts to come in.
    I wait the 2 weeks and return where he then informs me he needs his boss to conduct the repair as he isn’t confident in his own ability. His boss is out of town and will be there in another 2 weeks. I express my frustration but he insists I must be patient. So I return after the 2 weeks and big surprise still no sign of this boss so I ask for a refund. After much deliberation he agrees to offer me a 40% refund. I was not aware of the extent of the damage so I agree and go look for another company to repair their damage.
    **** ***** ***** ****** informs me the cost to fix said damage will be $529. After receiving this news I return to the original repair store and inform him they need to repair my phone or pay to have it repaired.
    The employee speaks to his boss and they agree to fix the damage done to my phone. After another week or so the employee conducts the second repair to try and correct his mistakes.
    After the repair is done I go back, once there everything seemed to be working fine except for the iPhone is constantly restarting. The employee informs me it is due to battery damage and that damage was done by me.
    I believe their story and take my phone to another repair store to get the battery replaced. I have since been to 2 repair stores and have reached the same conclusion. The phone must to be replaced due to severe damage to irreplaceable parts. The original store will not fix.
