      I had a very negative experience. I brought some toys in to be appraised (if that is what you call it) on a Sunday and was told that the appraisal of the toys would not be done until the following day. I was fine with waiting a day. Well Monday comes a long and I get a notification on my phone through text that my appraisal of my items is finished, well I had an emergency at work and could not get to the store that Monday. I came back to the store on Tuesday and my stuff that I had appraised and my personal bag I had the belongings in were donated without my consent. I found that to be a terrible business model. I could of a least got a call warning me. As I was patient with Once Upon a child as giving them an extra day to do their job, that would of been a 5- 10 minutes task to complete. I don't suggest selling this company anymore anything.
