    I contacted Cesar Ortiz Vasquez the owner of ACE concrete on June 6, 2024, to ask for an estimate to get a concrete front porch poured at my home. I got his name from my neighbor that had some concrete work done a few months earlier. He came out on June 10th and gave me a fair estimate, so I asked him to set a date to get the job done. He told me they would be out to start the job July 1, 2024. The job was competed on July 3, 2024. His employees were great, and the porch looked amazing. I loved it. His son told me to write the check to him personally since he had a bank account, so I did. I messaged Cesar and told him I gave the money to his son, he thanked me and that was it until December 2024, when I noticed cracking along the expansion joints in the concrete. Then I noticed the concrete was cracking, breaking, and falling apart all over the porch. I texted Cesar on April 6, 2025, tell him that the concrete was crumbling and I sent him pictures of the issues and a copy of the check I wrote the day it was competed, telling him that shouldn't be happening less than 6 months later. I wanted to see if he would come by, assess the situation and fix it, but I haven't heard anything from him, so I decided to contact the BBB. I just want the work that was done to be fixed. I paid $2300.00 for the work, plus a tip, and it should not be crumbling, cracking, breaking and falling apart less than 6 months from the date it was poured. Every day I notice more damage. I just want it fixed so I can enjoy the porch I paid for.
