    I was experiencing problems with the power in my house and wanted to go with a local company so I read reviews and decided to give King Electrical a try. Kevin was quick to respond to my request for help, came out and gave me an estimate, and got me on his schedule within a few weeks. He answered all of my questions and really helped me understand the problem and how they were going to fix it.
    While waiting, I kept experiencing problems and really needed reassurance and guidance to feel safe in my home. This is where King Electrical, primarily Kevin, stood out above the rest. He responded to my questions quickly, sent his staff to check a few other things in between their previously scheduled jobs ahead of me, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was listened to and okay. Even better, when his crew finished up another job early, Kevin reached out to get my job completed much sooner than scheduled!
    It is apparent that Kevin and his staff love what they do. They take customer service seriously, are great communicators, do things the right way and are ethical and honest. Their work is clean and organized. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is in need of electrical work. There are not enough companies out there like them!
