      Best installation ever. Doug **** came out and gave me a quote to install a 30KW Koehler generator. I received four additional quotes from different companies. Even though Shively’s was the cheapest I would have chosen them over the others if they weren’t. Doug made no promises he didn’t keep. It was installed on the date he said it would be. He’s a straight shooter and a nice guy. He went way above and beyond what was expected. The installers, Darrel and Josh were equally pleasant and professional. They too went above and beyond what was required. Even though this 1,320 pound generator would never move around on its slab they still bolted it down for me when my wife was worried it would blow away in a tornado. You gotta live a technician who cares about a customer’s irrational fears. And they never once complained the clay muddy conditions they had to work in.
