    There were numerous services outlined in our contract that were not upheld or executed including not being there for agreed times (i.e. arriving late and leaving early), not visiting the venue before the day, not providing timelines to all vendors, not contacting/talking to other vendors before the wedding, and a few others. Although the day was beautiful we were very disappointed in the service we received and feel that we deserve compensation for these items. Daphne was our wedding day coordinator, and I gave her an entire binder to follow, which included papers to be handed out to each vendor so everyone knew what was going on, and could also follow the given timeline. When she arrived at the venue, I explained that each section was labeled in the binder, and there were cards to be handed out with the papers. By this not getting done, nothing was kept on track. The wedding started late, thus, even after the ceremony, the timeline was still not followed which led to no cake cutting, and certain photos not getting taken. Along with the things that were agreed upon but not met, I had guests express that Daphne was rude to them when they asked for something. As well, a bottle of champagne was opened under her discretion when asked if it was for the bride and groom, in fact, it was not. It was brought by a guest for their table. There was no mention to you of a champagne bottle by anyone, so I am unsure why she assumed it was for us and didn't find a proper answer. When contacting Daphne about this issue directly, she refused to settle the situation or even talk about it. She said that I and my guests were accusing her of things that she didn't do, even though there are plenty of people to vouch for the information I was given. Our contract was not filled to its full and I paid $500 for her services, she arrived late and left early. Didn't make sure someone else could continue in her spot to make sure the event finished successfully.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business did NOT fulfill everything that was stated in the contract. Therefore, they did not do their job.  Regards, ****** ************
