Mr. Randall Jenkins , which is an LLC for affordable measures bought and sold me the house on ******* ******. After the inspection and prior to closing Hensg was supposed to fix everything on the list the inspector found he started fixing things and I suppose ran out of time. He then decided to reduce the cost of the house by $5000 to cover the cost of repairs this is the figure he came up to fix the repairs from his business. He presented a document to do all of the repairs for $3000. However, he had already tried to fix part of the roof and the electrical boxes. There was no walk-through done on my house Because of my realtor the roof him repaired is still leaking. It has created a big mold issue in the insulation and in the bathroom. I tried to get a hold of him multiple times about the leak, and I also try to get a hold of him for his estimate to do everything in the house for the $3000 , Mr. Jenkins does not answer any of my phone calls or return text. I went to his business address which turns out to be his home to ask him to please come fix the roof and all he would say is please go away after the third time, I said, you know my roof is still leaking , and again he said please go away he has made no attempt to make any of his Bussiness contract complete. To repair the roof alone is more than his 3000 written on his contract . I have had to hire a roofer and had the mold examined and estimated by a contractor. At this point, I need Mr. Jenkins to pay for the roof.. as a side note his estimate to cover all repairs on inspection report is inaccurate. He really pulled a fast one . If there were Lennon laws for houses this house would be one

Affordable Measures never had a contract to do any work for Ms.***** *****. Ms. ***** received a $5000.00 credit towards the purchase price of the home in leu of the repairs which the contract that is attached, clearly states. After the closing, Ms. ***** did have the option to hire Affordable Measures to do the work in which they kindly declined to perform the services for her. Therefore, this complaint against Affordable Measures is not justified due to them not having performed any services for her.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am not satisfied with this resolution. As you can see, Mr. Jenkins has clearly lied Mr. Jenkins knows that if these repairs were not fixed by his company, then we would’ve had to get professional labor, companies, i.e.… Roofer, electrician, vinyl siding person , and a plumber to come out and give estimates on the issues that need to be corrected. The estimates then would have equal three times. The amount that affordable measures was willing to do it for. It appears that this was just a tactic by Mr. Jenkins to have the closing done and he should be ashamed of himself for the work he done to this house he has no business being a contractor, everything he done was Band-Aided. Mr.Jenkins never replied that he kindly declined to do the work that was set for through the emails between my realtor and his. However, if Mr. Jenkins would like to go to court and have to pull both realtors. as well as emails. We certainly can.!As you can see from the emails, he was giving a $5000 credit towards repairs and his estimate is only 3000. And then reduce the house to 170 with the window, electrical, entrance, post and roof already completed.!!!!!! And then I could pay him to $3000 after closing to finish the rest . You can see this on the second page December 13 at 11:20 AM from *** where he copied and paste it the text from Mr Jenkins realtor! I did reach out to Mr. Jenkins multiple times by calling and texting to complete the work and to let him know that the roof is still leaking into the bathroom. He would never respond so one day I business address and he asked me to leave. Please see the copies of the Screenshots where I texted him.please let me know if I can be of any other assistance providing information or pictures or estimates Best Regards, T**** *****
