    I would like to comment on the hard work and wonderful job that the Virginia Building Services of Roanoke did recently on restoring our garage. It was a mess, and we thought it was a tear down. His team did a great job of rebuilding and cleaning up afterwards. Kudos to VBS of Roanoke. Thanks. Carl

    This company is wonderful to work with. They repaired/replaced ceiling and carpet in our sunroom which was damaged by roof leaks. We are extremely pleased with the results!

    We couldn’t be happier with the work VBS did on our condominium remodel! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. The design team listened carefully to our vision, offered creative ideas, and delivered a space that feels both modern and comfortable. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding, and the team was always professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. The project stayed on schedule and within budget (except when my wife and I went way overboard on our countertops!! ?? ), and they followed up with regular updates throughout the process. We now have our dream condo, and it’s all thanks to VBS! Highly recommended!

    Virginia Building Services providing outstanding services to us, for the interior rebuild of our entire 143 year old home after a fire. You can imagine all the idiosyncrasies of such an old and “scabbed together” country farm house. Jay ****** and Mark ***** were exceedingly patient, knowledgeable, and kind to us as we were in shock and grief and needed to be walked through so many options and decisions. Our home was gutted to the studs, sealed, remodeled, and completely rebuilt by their competent carpenters and subcontractors. They addressed every concern and made sure we were happy right down to every detail of our final punch list. We took their advice and were present often at the house during construction to answer questions and make decisions as many unforeseen things came up along the way.! We really love our all new home, and would highly recommend VBS to anyone with a complex rebuild like ours.

    This is third project that we have used VBS for. Each time we have been very pleased. We needed our master bathroom modernized and made accessible for us due to joint replacements. Removal of old tile, a Jacuzzi and wallpaper was the easy part. Reversing toilet and shower placement required extensive plumbing work. The tile work was excellent and the electrical/ plumbing sub contractors did top notch work. Our bathroom is beautiful and so function. Highly recommend them.

    The team from VBS was great to work with: professional, personable and responsive to questions and requests. Workmanship was of the highest quality. During the project the crew cleaned up each day before they left, and at the end the rooms were spotless and ready for us to move back in. Great job!

    We hired VBS for a small (8' x 8') bathroom remodel. It took them EIGHT months to complete. I ended up ordering parts that they could not supply and completed the punch list items they did not. VBS used mostly subcontractors, a licensed plumber was not initially used and a licensed plumber had to come to repair the leaks and an incorrect install.
