    On 08/18/2023 a contract was signed with Abner Construction LLC for replacement gutters with leaf guard (paid in full). The work was done. On or about 09/07/2023 the siding began to pull away from the house under the gutters. A email with pictures and several conversions happened with Abner Construction. Mr. Torres himself repaired the siding. He said the nails used were to short/the wrong nails.

    I began to notice debris at the exit of 3 gutters. I started taking pictures in 01/2024. On 03/05/2024 I sent an email to ******************************** with pictures asking for verification of leaf guards. No response.

    On 03/22/2024 I spoke with Mrs. ****** after a roof tec (******* ******) from ****** *******  confirmed there are no gutter guards on parts of the gutters. Mrs. ****** knew from the phone number I called from it was me. She addressed me when answering. She said she would tell her husband.

    On 04/02/2024 I emailed ********************** with pictures the roof tec (***** *****) from ****** ******* took showing there are no leaf guards on parts of the gutters, asking why are they not responding to this.

    Abner Construction LLC continues to not respond to the need for correction leaving the job unfinished.
