      Hi, I want to make sure Cassie gets this review because at the end of the call the phone didn't turn over. It just ended, so I couldn't give my review. (Not her fault, though) Call Ref # ********. That is the rep and I called on 9/19 at 8:03am EST.
      Cassie was so helpful and informative. She gave me all the info I needed and helped me with the many questions I had. She was so kind, patient and courteous. She gave me excellent customer service. In a world where people have really bad attitudes and do not care a lot, she was different. She cared and was very good at her job. Please give her praise and incentive because she made my day better and made me feel at ease about the information I had to get to a doctor. Thank you, Cassie!
