    Back on 7-16-2024 I was extremely unhappy with Aquarius Pools. I had left a negative review on what happened. Even after the review the operations manager (Waylon) reached out and personally made every issue right. They had a new service team that came out for the new liner and were very professional. They made sure that I was included in the process to see that it was all being corrected. They replaced the liner in a timely manner ahead of the schedule they gave me at their expense. I will definitely use them for any future needs because of the new crew that is working for them.

    Now that Aquarius Pools has been purchased. They are a joke. My pool was supposed to been opened three weeks ago. I called three times and actually visited the store on *** ****** ****. They promised they would have the service manager call me. It's now been two days, evidently their employees have left. They don't even have the courtesy to tell me they can't open my pool.

    The workers who came to our pool did a poor job! The arrangements for opening and servicing are not coordinated either. They allowed me to open on the 16th of May, but knew they don't start servicing til June 1st!
    Why would we want our pool to open two plus weeks before it's clean enough to swim? I saw them and got no apologies for the poor opening and delay to service. They also charged us for 30 min. of vacuuming , which turned out to be a joke on us. They just "played" at it for a time and there wasn't hardly any change in dirtiness. They even left the cover on the deck rather than putting it away. Didn't ask me where it went, just said they were through and left.
    I believe this company has a lot to learn about taking care of customers. The company they bought out had fine employees and a good reputation. For some reason, they all left when bought out. Now Aquarius says they don't have enough people, and I say not enough competent people.
    I think one star is one too many.

    We ordered pool cover and told the servicemen that we had dogs that ran over the cover and he recommended the Medco cover which he stated was better than the Fox cover we had for 15 years. We paid for the cover and within 3 months had holes in it. When they
    came out to check it out with Meyco representive they said that we would have to pay a percentage for new cover. We won’t be doing business with them anymore. I won’t recommend them to anyone.
