Roanoke Landscapes has done two residential projects for me in the last eighteen months. The first was a rather large retaining wall to create a level backyard and the second was a stone patio with fire pit and benches. Both jobs were done professionally and in a timely fashion. I truly enjoy working with Zach ***** who patiently answers questions, makes sound suggestions and accepts with grace the inevitable small changes that come within the framework of an evolving vision. The crews know what they are doing, work hard and clean up the work area as they go. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to have this type of work done.
I also want to give a shout out to Mary as the " front office " contact.

This has been the best experience we have ever had with a company; from design,
build through completion. Their professionalism and quality of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the crew’s skill and attention to detail was outstanding and it shows in their quality of work.

I left a message regarding getting an estimate for a retaining wall along my driveway. Mary called me back the same day to set it up. Zach promptly met me at the house and we discussed the project and he answered all of my questions. He sent a quote in a couple of days and we scheduled the work. A few weeks later Zach called and said since it was a smaller job, they were able to work me into the schedule (even though I did not ask them to) and the job was completed in two days. I am THRILLED with my beautiful new wall and the crew did an amazing job with clean up and reseeding the grass. This was such a pleasant experience from the first phone call to the end of the project. Everyone was so pleasant and professional and there was excellent communication. Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication. Experienced, dependable, honest and reasonable price. Randy and his team were very competent. The wall is gorgeous! Randy and his crew just finished demolishing an old brick, mortar and concrete patio and replacing it with new Techo-block interlocking concrete pavers. Their workmanship could not have been better! With careful attention to detail to protect our other landscaping, they constructed a beautiful, new patio according to the specifications we provided. Their crew arrived on time, was courteous, worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up when done. I could not have been more pleased and will use them again if another project comes up.Roanoke Landscapes

I was extremely happy with the results of my project. The job was completed within the timeframe quoted and the quality of work was exceptional. Zach, the project manager, communicated well with me and his crew. I appreciated how the staff promptly asked questions if they encountered any unexpected issues.
