So I had some work done at Roanoke Valley Harley Davidson. On 4-8-24 I got home that night and went to wipe off my motor cycle cause first off it was nasty dirty . Then to notice my rear turn signal was loose . So I took it off to tighten it up to notice it was missing a screw and my lenses were scratched that I had bought from a place called ****** ***** *** ** *********. And paid 220-225 for them. so no big deal stuff gets messed up I contacted them to see what we could do about this and I got the run around for a week. Then finally getting in contact with there GM to getting told there is no reason that they were damaged there and that they were not gonna replace them. Then when. I ask for corporates number and the names of the people that I had spoke to and they tech that worked on my stuff . I couldn’t get there names and then was told I’m threatening asking for names tbh en was told I was. Longer welcome there. When I was just trying to get names to file a complaint with Harley. I truly think they did this to not have to pay for my stuff on my bike that was damaged.

      Business Response

I provided a picture of another set of turn signal lenses that have the same markings on them, which is from the manufacturer. Mr. ***** refused to admit that this was the case, and proceeded with demanding to have the technician's name, which I refused because he was very agitated and swearing profusely. I told him that he was welcome to any information that was on the work order if he needed to complain to Harley, and that he could give them my name and if Harley wanted to talk to me I would be more than happy to provide the technician's name, but at this point I am the one who is handling this. Mr. ***** didn't like this answer, and said that he would just come up after hours when I couldn't protect my technician. This was obviously a threat of harm to my technician, who was innocent in this matter as we had already proven that the marks on the lenses were from the manufacturer. At this point I told Mr. ***** that was why I wasn't going to give him my technician's name, and then I hung up. I then sent Mr. ***** a text message saying that I won't stand for him threatening any of my people, and that he wasn't welcome back at our dealership. He sent back a response telling me in no uncertain terms what he thought of me, which I won't post here due to it's vulgarity.
