    On August 11th I purchased a neon sign and requested an insured shipment due to it's fragility. (payment posted to my credit card on August 13th)

    On August 16th I received it and immediately noticed the box was bent. Upon opening it I discovered the sign was broken.

    Upon contacting them the same day they apologized and promised they were working with insurance to get reimbursed.

    After waiting for over a month I finally got the sign repaired myself while still not hearing from them. I last heard from them on August 21st.

    In my frustration I posted an honest review of the business on ******. (Oct. 4th) I was immediately accused of lying. They also lied in that they claimed they had promised to help me once I received and forwarded a quote. No such promise had been made.
    They originally stated they would get a refund from insurance.

    The sign was packaged very throughly just like we package everything. If he wants to push the issue with ***, he is welcome to. But after dealing with multiple lies that he has posted all over the internet, we are no longer getting involved. He opted to have it shipped. We shipped it. We ship hundreds of thousands of  that are not damaged.  We have no way of knowing that he did not cause the damage himself.

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
    I am resubmitting as evidence their promise that they would pursue an insurance claim. Nothing ever came of this. No updates, no resolution, not even proof of a denial of claim.I refute their claim that I am spreading lies all over the internet. I have posted a factual review on ****** , that's it. On the contrary, they are the ones operating in bad faith and spreading falsehoods. According to similar online reviews this is habitual behavior.They have offered zero solutions and even hint I may have damaged the sign myself. I am resubmitting as evidence photos of the box as it arrived, before it was opened.

    We tried filing a claim with *** and they said he has to file the claim with the shipper.   We told him we had someone here that could fix the sign for about $100 but he got someone to do it himself.
