  Ace Moving and Storage saved the day after the **** container I engaged was to be delivered to my new home in **** ********-- until it wasn't. The **** was in ******** ********, and fortunately Ace Moving and Storage was there too. Josh at Ace scheduled a van and crew of three to unload the **** container into their van, drive it to my home, and unload it as directed by me. The three-man crew headed by Big Mike was more than up to the job. They were courteous, careful, and conscientious in handling my belongs. And strong, too. The men worked beautifully as a team, and I got a little teary-eyed knowing that my things were in good hands, from container to placement in my house. I would recommend Ace Moving and Storage in Roanoke to anyone.

  Josh and his crew were the best. Josh explained everything step by step, no pressure at all. So easy to work with. The crew the came over were outstanding. Very kind and professional. I will recommend ACE to anyone who the job done right. Thanks Josh and Ace for everything.

  When unloading furniture to our new home, movers put furniture and rugs,and closed in wrong rooms ever though we told then where to go, had to use garage to store some of our stuff, they just threwed in garage and broke and damaged containers.damaged and broke interior furniture. Extremely damage to furniture. No way could l recommend this co.

  Very professional and prompt. Saul's crew was polite and professional and worked to save time and energy, Very professional and friendly. This is my second time using A2B moving. I would recommend this company anytime. Very cost effective.

  Quality service, reasonable prices, I was so impressed with the quality of service the 2 men provided, no problems, on time and made my move so easy. I would use them again with my moving, can’t think them enough!

  I used a2b moving five years ago when moving from a shared house into a high rise apartment in Alexandria and was happy with them so I decided to use them again. unfortunately, this time our experience was not as positive. five years ago the movers were efficient, professional, and courteous. we were two young women moving and felt very comfortable with the movers and they did an excellent job. This time, the movers we receive were mostly unprofessional. it started when we were told the fourth man of our moving team would be half an hour late. Then we discovered they had not brought any tools of their own, and had to use our drill, screwdriver, etc to disassemble a couple pieces of furniture. The team was also rushing. I appreciate them trying to move quickly, but this was rushed to the point where they were trying to move furniture without wrapping it - including a bookcase with a GLASS FRONT. they were going to move without any wrapping at all until we protested. Several other items were either loaded or were about to be loaded without being wrapped as well. It's unsurprising, then, that several pieces of furniture were damaged in the move, including my dresser and a cabinet. there was also some damage to our drywall and our doorbell was smashed when they were moving so quickly. Based on this experience I can't say I'd use them again.

  Truly professional. I have hired other movers in the past and been very disappointed. Dennis and his team of Dustin, Melvin and Troy were the epitome of class and professionalism. They were quick, careful, efficient and very polite. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we were with their help.

  ACE Moving and Storage moved an upright piano for me from Roanoke to Lexington. It is a very special piano as it was my grandparent's piano and has been left to me. Terrance, Malik, and Tremaine were outstanding. They were professional, kind, and got right to work. Josh was wonderful when scheduling the move and explaining the fees involved. It was a flat fee which was great as I knew what I was paying up front. The guys did such a nice job paying attention to detail and ensuring the piano was wrapped and well secured in their truck. Our driveway is also a challenge but they handled it without any issues. The piano arrived at my home looking the same as it did when it left it's original home. I am so impressed by these guys and their outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. I will recommend this company to anyone in the future looking for a moving company!

  I cannot recommend A2B Moving and Storage enough. The peace of mind I had throughout a stressful move because of A2B is priceless. Leading up to my move, I received calls from Lisa to confirm the move, make sure she had all aspects of the move documented accurately, and prepared me for the move. Day of, my moving crew, Freddie, Juan, and Chelses, called to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, and got started. They made me feel so confident about this move throughout the day. It was calm, organized, and quick. My move was completed about 30 minutes prior to the original move window. They hung a large piece of art for me and moved several boxes down into the garage for me in the extra time that they had. I have had some terrible moving experiences, and although moving is never fun, A2B made it so much easier. I have already recommended them to two friends.

  This was our second move of very heavy items with A2B. The first was a grand piano and the second was a pool table. We coordinated with Trace and it was seamless and easy and then we had the 4Ws - a wise and wonderful moving team (Walter, William, Wilbur and Juan (which I count as a W since it is kind of pronounced with a W). They were great and patient, even when I thought there was an obvious way to move the pool table, they clearly knew better and patiently assured me their way was easier, safer and faster!. They were Wright! haha. A2B is an excellent and professional moving company. I will only hire A2B from now on for big or small jobs. Use them - Why Worry?!!
