    Durrance Floors was a wonderful company to deal with. Steve is very informative and knowledgeable. He is punctual and returns calls/texts. We were extremely satisfied with the carpet stretching he did through out the house and, also, installation of new carpet in our bedroom/walk-in closet. We would recommend Steve if you are looking for expertise with your floors or carpets.

    Mr. Durrance was very professional, pleasant, prompt and did a fantastic job on stretching our very wrinkled wall to wall carpet. He is very knowledgeable and was very good at explaining the process to us. We will certainly keep him in mind should we need any of his many services he provides!

    We enlisted Steven's services to restretch the carpet in our home. He arrived on time, was very friendly and personable, professional, time efficient, and he also fixed a tear in the carpet free of charge. We're very pleased with the results of his work, I just wish we had taken a before and after picture! He was also very conscientious about cleaning up little fragments of carpet that had been removed during the restretching because he knew our 1 year old would be crawling around and could potentially put them in her mouth; when someone pays attention to things like that, it means the world. We highly recommend him!
