They are offering pest control services and, according to consumers, using high-pressure sales tactics. Many have also noted that the representatives appear young and unprofessional. BBB reached out to the company’s headquarters in Utah, which confirmed that the business is currently servicing parts of Virginia. However, the company did not disclose how long they plan to operate in the area.
Important Note for Consumers: Be cautious when considering ongoing service agreements or maintenance plans with companies that may not have a long-term presence in your community. If the business leaves the area, you could be left without the services you paid for and with limited options for follow-up or customer support. BBB also found no record of a business license for Bamboo Pest Control in Roanoke or surrounding counties, nor could we verify that the individuals soliciting door-to-door have the required peddler’s or solicitor’s licenses for those jurisdictions.
