    My family has used Copperhead plumbing for years and there is no one else we trust to get the job done!

    CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This man is a scammer and OUGHT to be ashamed of himself. He charged $750 for a clogged toilet because he got his equipment stuck in the toilet and could not get it out. Then he ultimately said it would be $625 which I gave him my debit card for payment. I had to call him numerous times because after he left, the next day because the job was incomplete and water was coming up in the tub every time we flushed!!!! He sent someone out. Then I had to call him again because the line from the wall was leaking; he sent someone else out. Then I subsequently called him because water was leaving from the bottom of the toilet and all over the floor. He sent someone from a different company out and the man assured the charges were covered. Why wouldn’t they be? Before utilizing any company, going forward, I will request to see contracting licenses. So sad how people will do anything because of their love for money.

    This started as a Saturday emergency call-clogged toilet-went there and tried hand auger in toilet which proceeded to get stuck somehow (never happened in 20+ years) so I had to pull the toilet to try to see what was going on-it was then i determined Ms. ************’ sewer line was the real issue was totally stopped up-so we brought a jetter and cleared line so while my techs were doing this I ran to grab a new toilet at no charge to her because I could not get auger out . Cleared line and reset toilet. Worked up the bill and came to $750 and I deducted $125 for the toilet which was paid for by a credit card and processed through Zettle/paypal. That Monday night I received a call saying toilet was leaking so we sent a tech to check and repair at no charge when I asked tech he said nothing was leaking he just tightened everything up since it was a new toilet. A few days later she calls us saying water is leaking from bottom of toilet but I was out of town so I connected Ms.*********** with another company that could get to her sooner and they ended up coming over and jetting the main sewer again. As far as any monetary transactions with this company I have no idea what was worked out-I was told there was no charge but I told them to bill me for it and they explained to her it wasn’t the toilet but the sewer main which is the second time someone assessed and determined what main problem was. A few more days later Ms. *********** calls again and says toilet is leaking once again so I sent 2 techs that morning to assess and they stated the sewer is backed up so we got the jetter to come and clear out again. We ran a camera and saw that there were big problems under the slab as far as the sewer piping which was contributing to the backups.
