    I dropped off my Suzuki King Quad for repair for a fuel problem on March 7, 2025. I was told an estimated cost for this type of repair would be approximately $210 plus parts. After 2 weeks I called the service department to see if the repair was done yet and I was told parts needed to be ordered. I asked how much the bill will be, and I was told $688, more the TRIPLE the estimated cost. Today, April 2, 2025, I called to speak with a manager to see if the repair was done. I was told no repair has been done yet. I asked if he could explain why the repair cost is TRIPLE the amount of the estimated quote. I received no explanation. I was told I will be called back. I explained that they have had my ATV for nearly 30 days now and I am losing money because my son and I use that ATV for landscaping business work. Without this ATV I cannot do the large landscaping jobs it is used for.

    Placed an order with this companyon dec 20th 2024. I have spent well over a $1000 with this company for parts. My order had a damaged label from the company which resulted in my package being lost in transit. I called Motorsport to see I what can be done they do not have any parts matching my purchase in stock and cannot deliver a duplicate part for it is not being manufactured at this time.

    We provided the customer with a 15% discount on a new chain since we were unable to supply the required EK master link and did not have a turner chain available in the appropriate pitch. Ultimately, the customer opted not to purchase the chain from us, only acquiring the master link.

    We have issued a refund for the master link that was lost during shipping, and the customer has decided to source the link from another supplier.
