    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     The amount is not correct. It was $4884.00 and then it went to $2455.00. Something is wrong with this entire situation and company.

    I reached out to the Reginal Business Office Manager and the check for the credit balance of $380.80 was requested back in July and approved in
    August but for some reason, the check was never issue from Accounts Payable
    Dept. She has emailed them today to have this check expedited.

    The delay in processing has been due to ****** Claim that has been processing with ******.  That claim has now been processed and patient pay assigned by ******.  Please refer to ****** EOB's for Patient responsibility.  The refund can now be processed, and the patient's estate will receive a check for remaining balance.  Normal processing time is 30-60 days to receive the refund check.  Please refer to patient transaction report for amount of refund.

     No amount was given of what the refund amount is that I can find. The business office has stated that it is $1705 and that is what I am expecting.
