    If there was an option to rate this business zero stars, then that would be my choice. My experience with this business was very disappointing. This business does not own up to its standard of "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". I went into this business and provided a picture, specifc details, asked by the owner, such as the color, the height of the arrangement etc, and I asked could this be done, and was told yes by the owner. Only to be given a final product of "their" choosing. The arrangement that I received from this business was nothing like the picture or details I showed/provided to the Owner Mark. The resolution that Mark attempted to offer after he counter offered my request to "lets make it right" was a store credit of $69.99 from a $195.00 order, which is absolutely insane because I would never go back to do business, when my first attempt was a total fail. If you are looking for a "Real" florist, then please DO NOT go here.

    I appreciate you expressing your opinion about your experience with us.
    per our conversation when you came to place your order with your inspirational photo, you needed an arrangement made for your event on Saturday, and our discussion was we could make you one similar in your color theme, nothing was mentioned by you at that time about (just like) with the material that was in the inspirational photo which was black and pink, you asked for reds, white, and silver, that was exactly what we made for you in the size and style that you had asked for so we both agreed on this per our conversation at the time you placed your order and ( per my store video/audio ) you declined my decision on the following (Monday at 1:30 pm) when you came in to the store asking for half of your money back, after using the arrangement for your event. to be polite and courteous to you by offering you a store credit of 69.99 from your purchase of 169.99,
