    Glen put my roof on in 2017, the best quality and price. He went around my house to make sure no nails were in driveway or yard, taking great pride in his work. Years later, I had him give an estimate on my screened in porch this morning. Impeccable reputation, follows up with his customer long after the sale, he is the first name in my little 'homeowner black book' of reputable contractors I always depend on.

    Glenn,
    I am writing to share our satisfaction with the recent roof job at our
    home conducted by Shenandoah Home Improvements.
    As the contractor, you did a great job. You conducted yourself in a
    professional manner. You gave us several follow up calls before we
    were ready to commit to a date without rushing us.
    You provided samples and then addresses where we might see what the different shingles looked like on a house.
    You came and studied the job, gave us a quote, and answered questions.
    When the day came, there were 8 hard working men on the roof for an
    early start. They were soon joined by 4 more. A total of 12 men took
    off the old and put on the new shingles on the house and garage in one
    day.
    We are happy we used your company.

    Shenandoah Home Improvements is a company I trust. They did an excellent job on the roof of my 100 year old house and when our insurance company tried to scam us, they were right there to support us, providing proof of a job well done.     Great workers and communication with wonderful results! I've received compliments from neighbors and complete strangers driving through my neighborhood. After using Shenandoah Roofing to redo my roof twice in the last thirty years, I did not hesitate to call Glenn when I was ready to do siding and guttering and was not disappointed in my choice. I would not hesitate to to use Shenadoah for a future project or recommend Glenn to others.

    Roof replacement in March 2023. Glenn and team were professional at all times and were easy to talk to. The work they did was fantastic with good customer service throughout the process. These guys are experienced pros that take their time to make sure it it done right. There is nothing but good old fashioned hand nailing of shingles to make sure there is no leaks. I would definitely recommend Shenandoah roofing for the overall package.

    Shenandoah Roofing replaced our roof in February 2023. Everyone was very professional and Glenn had a personal touch that helped reduce the stress for that project. They were able to start the job earlier than anticipated. Glenn kept in touch and checked on the project several times. Glenn and Roger (lead onsite) were very good about answering questions. Roger coordinated the roof work above my home office to match a time when I would be away, so I had no disruptions to my work. Even though our location is very windy and high winds interrupted the work one day, they had a clean process (kept trash under control) and finished in the predicted time. I highly recommend them - excellent work and price!
