    d a poor picture quality and I called the salesman to ask if there were any adjustments I could make. He conferred with someone and gave me specific instructions. I made them with no improvement and called back to inform him I was not satisfied with the unit. He sent his tech out and they brought my old set back they had taken with them and informed me it only needed resetting which he did and it is doing OK. I was informed there would be a restocking fee which I agreed to. I did inquire to a lady there what that fee covered and did not get an answer. Also on Tuesday I received a bill from Hartman for $60.00 for delivery. M y opinion is since the "TV did not meet basic standards, this fee should be waived. The $154.00 restocking fee should be sufficient to cover any loss incurred by them. They also accused me of messing up the settings ion the /TV when all I did was follow their instructions. Got The bill for $60.00 on Tuesday 27th, put check in mail on Wednesday 28th and got a call today 29 from a man named Ken almost demanding I take care of it today. I informed him of the above, but I feel like he thought I was not being honest with him. They are like most companies these days; the customer is always wrong!!!
