Mark was extremely responsive and helpful. He answered the phone on a Sunday evening around 8:30pm and was at the house on Monday at noon. He wasn't able to service our curved stairlift but diagnosed the problem and stayed around until we were able to secure an appointment with Acorn. I will definitely use Mark for future needs.

Thank you for giving us a review. Although I was not able to service your needs I was able to direct you to the correct company to contact.
