    On Easter Sunday, my child with an elite membership was denied entry to the Sky Zone in Roanoke, Virginia, even though the park was not overcrowded. Unacceptable

    On 8/3/24 I brought a child to Sky Zone. I wanted a 1-visit admission for both of us. The desk employee convinced me to get a membership that “I could just cancel in a few days”. I told him I only wanted the one visit. He told me it would be less expensive and I could use it for the entire month even if I cancelled the following day. I agreed to a membership. I went on the site multiple times to cancel this membership as he told me I could. I went through the “member portal” which is where it says you can manage memberships. Whenever I selected cancel membership I got the message “error”. I could not cancel this membership, and tried multiple times. In September I was charged a monthly fee of 28.80. I refused payment through ******* *** and went to Sky Zone to cancel in person. I told the person at the desk what had happened and told him I would like to cancel. He went to speak with another staff member, and then came back to give me a scrap piece of paper with the email, “***********************”. He told me to use that email and request a cancellation. I emailed on 9/14/24. I did not receive a response and followed up on 9/16/24 requesting confirmation of membership cancellation. I did not receive a response. I received another membership fee a few days ago.
