    We bought skates from this company and have had numerous issues out of them. We are still under warranty, and have called to get replacement parts multiple times.

    They say after our warranty there is nothing we can do about this issue. They reccomended me to reach out to the manufacturer, which I have, almost daily for a month, with no response.

    I want a resolved before my warranty is up, as we spent thousands of dollars on these skates.

    I'm sorry that they're having problems with these skates.  We've sold literally thousands of them to other skating rinks without problems.  In this instance, for this customer, we've sent replacement parts on three different occasions (9/16/24, 9/24/24, and 9/30/24).  We have not charged for the parts or for the shipping.  We've also recommended she contact the manufacturer since she seems to be having significantly more problems than any other customers with this same item.  It sounds like she's not happy with their response times.She's ordered a training device from us that ships directly from the factory.  She asked for tracking info on the device, which we provided.  Since the item was shipping on the same day as her call to us, the shipment hadn't actually been scanned yet by *****, so the number wasn't in their system.  She struggled to understnad that it wouldn't be active until ***** actually scanned the pickup, and accused us of "giving her the run around" and not being cooperative.  I'm not sure what else we can do here to help her.

    I've checked with my supplier.  He says that he is indeed getting a lot of messages from the customer. He's returned six different calls and keeps getting voicemail instead of a person.  He is going to try again today.  Hopefully she will answer the phone this time and we can help get her problems fixed.
