OWNER ADVISED ME TO PURCHASE THAT HARMED ME. NO REFUND
I TOOK THE PILLS, ENZYME PILLS, & IT MADE ME MUCH WORSE.

This lady came in for a spa session. One of the services within that session was the Ionic Foot Detoxification. Her water showed green and black which is Digestive Issues, which I explained the water to her. I do have supplements for purchase and if a guest asked about a supplement, I do explain the use for that supplement. It is up to the customer to decide if they would like to purchase a supplement, just like any other retail store. I DO NOT TELL guest "this is what you need to take" or "you need to purchase this to get better". I am a Health Coach, not a Doctor. I cannot and do not cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose any disease or ailment and she signed a waiver stating that. There's no refund because her making the decision to purchase a supplement here is no different than purchasing it from a retail shelf elsewhere (*******, Health Food Store), which is also not refundable. Which I stated all of this to her on the phone. I tried to work with her asking her how she was taking the supplement and she said I'm done with you and hung up. I opened this business to help people, not harm them. I truly do not know her health history, simply because she did not sign up for a Health Coaching Session, so no health history was required for the services in which she requested, nor were they provided. I feel for this lady as she did state many times while in the office that she was very stressed.
