  I was very pleased with the excellent service from Davis Heating and Cooling's office staff. Brandon came to our family's home to diagnose and correct the air conditioning concerns. This was an emergency due to the health of our 95 year old mother and being the heat index was over 105. Brandon was committed in servicing the unit regardless of the extreme HEAT. He gave detailed explanations of the service agreements terms. I appreciate his work and professionalism shown along with the respect shown to my mother. I was grateful that she was able to stay in her home. And thanks again to Brandon for making that happen.

  Sam installed three toilets today in our SML townhome. Having flagged him down yesterday while servicing a neighbor, he was able to provide an estimate and schedule the work the next day. He showed up when he said he would, managed the replacements on different levels of the home all by himself, and left no trace in the home or parking lot. Guess who we will call next time we have a heating, cooling, plumbing or electric issue.

  Louis and his assistant were professional on their plumbing inspection! I felt that they truly wanted to help my family and I. Louis gave me a fair inspection and his prices were fair. They gave me a list from priority fixes compared to down the toad and I appreciate that. I will recommend Louis and his team in the future!

  We have had nothing but issues since we started the project with Davis. Always making an excuse as to why they could not meet their deadlines, but expected payment before the job was complete. We have had to take time off of work to be there only to have them not show up and we have to reschedule. Would not recomment.

  Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers.
  We do our best to have projects run smoothly. In this case, your project required municipal inspections for the gas line. We do our best to schedule these inspections. That said, inspectors rarely provide exact times. In addition, they sometimes don't show up at all. We have no control over municipal inspectors, their schedules or how they communicate with us.
  We certainly apologize for the inconvenience, which again, was not within our control.

  Jonathon B. just left our home, but he left his personal professional glow behind! We were blessed to have him work through our problems; he took his time, gave us options, didn't mind the extra time we required to work things out on our end...
  What can I say? He was understanding, a problem solver, a real people person, and a credit to Davis Heating and Cooling! We intend to ask for him again when it's time to service our generator!

  Davis Heating and Cooling came to our home due to our air conditioner not working. The technician said the compressor was seized and repairs would cost $6,100.00 to $6,676.00 or higher. He sent out sales reps to get prices of a brand-new unit. Prices ranged from 12K to 19K depending on the unit of choice. We explained that we would have to get other estimates due to the high prices given. The second technician from a different company came out and stated the 2 capacitors (start and run) were bad. He replaced both with total bill of only $230.00. Air conditioner system is now up and running just like normal.

  Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your honest opinion. If our company is to continue to grow and better serve our customers’ needs, it is imperative that we receive feedback regarding our efforts, both good and bad.
  We have been in business for over 75 years and our reputation means everything to us. We perform ongoing technical and customer service training with the goal of providing a very high level of service and creating a customer for life. In fact, most of our business is repeat business.
  We have reviewed the paperwork, discussed the issue with our service technician and our Service Manager.
  Although we strive for perfection, we are not perfect. It appears in this case we fell short and misdiagnosed the issue. We apologize for that.
  Rest assured that our intent is to provide outstanding service, solve our customers’ problems and do it at a fair price. Most importantly we want our customers to be happy and tell their friends and relatives what a great job we did.
  We have refunded the diagnostic fee and offered to pay for the repair from the other company.
  Again, we apologize for the unpleasant experience.

  Had my heat pump and air-handler replaced. Excellent professional service with knowledgeable and respectful employees, I would recommend then to anyone needing service or a replacement unit. They will be our go to professionals from this day on. Thanks Davis!!

  I have used Davis Heating and Air Conditioning for furnace service for many years, but when I recently discovered a new, hidden water leak, and knowing that they now also offered plumbing services, I called for their help. Service Tech Alex ***** quickly found and repaired the leak. He also added a pressure reducing valve to bring the home's water system up to "code". He informed me of other recently added areas of expertise offered by the company, so I will definitely be calling upon them in the future. Thanks, Alex!
